Prince Faisal bin Farhan meets with members of the Standing Committee of International Humanitarian Law

Recently, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, welcomed a delegation led by Dr. Jalal bin Mohammad Al Owaisi, Chairman of both the Saudi Red Crescent Authority and the Standing Committee of International Humanitarian Law. 
Dr. Al-Owaisi expressed his profound gratitude to His Highness Minister of Foreign Affairs and the entire Ministry staff for their outstanding services on the international and regional stages. He praised the Ministry's dedication to highlighting Saudi Arabia's pivotal role in global discussions and its backing of global entities and international organizations in address the consequences of breaches of international humanitarian law during international and regional conflicts.
He mentioned that the meeting with His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs and ministry officials align with the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Prime Minister, may Allah protect them. The purpose is to showcase Saudi Arabia's endeavors in promoting the principles of international humanitarian law and to illustrate support for worldwide initiatives that promote this culture aiming to alleviate the repercussions of tensions, conflicts, and wars across different regions globally.
